Body Back FAQs

What is Body Back?

Body Back is a results based workout program that is for moms only. Whether you just had a baby or had one twenty years ago, this workout will help you reclaim your health and your body!

What is the format of Body Back?

The workout is a high-intensity, interval-based, total body workout. The Body Back program is an 8-week session that includes fitness assessments, food journal and diary, individualized goal setting, weekly weigh-ins, online support and two in-person workouts per week.

Do I need to be in shape?

You do not need to be in shape to do Body Back. We will build you up from your personal starting point! However, you do need to be free from injuries or ailments which would prevent you from training at a high intensity.

What does the diet program consist of?

It's not a diet per se but rather a meal plan. It's based on the Mama Wants Her Body Back® program, which was developed in conjunction with a nutritionist. The goal of this program is to teach you about portion sizes and cooking with whole foods. You pick and choose what to cook/eat based on your lifestyle. To get the best results, you do want to commit to the meal plan.

Do I bring my kids to Body Back?

No, this is YOUR hour to focus on yourself and your fitness/health goals. That is why we hold Body Back classes at night!

What kind of results can I expect from the Body Back program?

If you commit 100% to the workout and meal plan, you can expect amazing results. Not only do we see pounds and inches melt away; we see dramatic increases in strength, posture and endurance!

Stroller Strides FAQs

When is my baby old enough for me to come to class?

This is a little bit of a trick question!

We are more concerned with YOU and if you've been cleared by your doctor to resume regular activities (including exercise). If you've delivered vaginally, this is typically at 6 weeks, or 8 weeks if you had a c-section.

Once cleared, you can begin classes whenever you're ready! As long as your child still enjoys a ride in the stroller, they are welcome to keep coming to class.

What kind of Stroller do I need?

You don't need a jogging stroller, ANY stroller that isn't prone to tipping will work! If your baby is young and you prefer to keep him or her in their carseat in the stroller, that perfectly fine!

We generally recommend that you stay away from umbrella strollers.

Can I come to class without my child?

Of course! If your child is at daycare, school, visiting with your in-laws, or anywhere and you still want to come and get your workout in please do!

What if my child is fussy?

Our first priority during Stroller Strides classes is the happiness of your baby. Your child won't be the only one who makes noise, and they won't be the loudest. Our instructors are trained to make the class enjoyable for both you and your baby, but even if your child is having an off day, remember that all children are welcome in Stroller Strides, no matter their mood!

What if the weather is bad?

We will hold class indoors in Quaker Bridge Mall for the winter and when the weather is not conducive to outdoor workouts. Check our facebook page or text/call Tara at 609-285-3494 to double check.
