Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Stroller Barre incorporates ballet, pilates, and barre methods with pre and postnatal training.

Body Back is a evening workout moms (and dads) can do without their little ones!

Join us on Monday evenings for a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout focused on cardio, strength, and core. Give yourself an hour to challenge your body, and you will be surprised at all you can do!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy.
